Main LaL Facebook group

Life After Lary has a large facebook group where members can ask questions, share advice and hold general discussions on various topics. Anyone is welcome to join this group, please ensure you read the group rules. Most members are from the UK, we welcome members from other parts of the world but please bear in mind experiences and advice in your country may differ.

LaL Care givers, family and friends

We also have a group dedicated to carergivers, family and friends. We cannot admit laryngectomees themselves to this group to ensure it remains a private space for discussion and support.

Life after Trachy facebook group

Our sister group supports people in the UK with a Tracheostomy & their carers, family & friends. This group is run by Laura Hendry - one of our Trustees.

Zoom meetings

Life After Lary hosts monthly Zoom calls. These are open to anyone who would like to join and are generally hosted on the first Thursday of every month at 6:30PM however we sometimes host extra meetings in addition to these. If you are non-verbal there is a text chat option. The meeting links can be found below or through our Facebook group. You can also manually search for the meeting on Zoom using the ID and password.
